The 2009 Challenge
Who Dared – Got Wet.......VERY WET!
On Saturday 6th June 2009 Knight Support held their 10 year celebratory Knights Charity Challenge at the TTCL Football ground, Kijitonyama.
12 Adult Teams and 5 Children's Teams put their dignity and pride behind them as they entered the Knight's Challenges.
It was to be held in the presence of the Honorable Laurence Masha, MP, until the Hon. Masha saw the fun the Teams were about to have. He forfeited his VIP pass and took up the George and Dragon Gauntlet when they were a man down and ENTERED HIMSELF into the Team - NOW THAT IS WHAT WE CALL A STAR! Well done Brave Sir Masha!!!
220 of our friends from the Salvation Army were brought along to watch the fun and frolics. They were delighted to have lots of cuddly toys, crayons and colouring pages waiting for them. Snacks were provided by Knight Support in the form of Bright Choice Hot Dogs, juice and yummy ice creams.
Games were played.
People who were brave enough went up in the 100 foot Fire Ladder (including Mr Iyer, FBME Bank Manager - well done!)
Bouncey Castles, Face (and head painting!!), Trampolines, colourings, sand castles, it was all go in the kiddies play area.
Read on...........................and see the fun that you had - or if you were not there (shame on you!) THE FUN YOU MISSED.
BOOK FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
