First Responder
This service is a 3 in 1 emergency response membership scheme for you and your named family members in Dar es Salaam or Nairobi.
This service is different to our Full Emergency Response.
FIRST membership will entitle your family to:
1. Fire & Rescue Response at your home.
2. Ambulance & Paramedic Response to your designated family.
3. Vehicle Breakdown & Recovery Response for two nominated cars.
Standard Membership = 2 Adults, 3 Children, 2 Vehicles
Extended Membership = 4 Adults, 6 Children, 2 Vehicles
Each Family member will be issued with a personal membership card and member number.
First Responder members have their own Emergency telephone number that will get them through to our Emergency Control Room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
