Full Emergency Response Service (FERS)

This service is a 5 in 1 radio alarm service for residential and commercial properties that will cover you for:

1. Mobile Security Response

2. Fire & Rescue Response

3. Ambulance & Paramedic Response

4. Vehicle Breakdown & Recovery Response

5. Rapid Motorbike Response

How it works:-

Your home or office will be installed with 3 panic buttons. 1 ambulance button and 1 fire button  that are directly linked to our 24 hour Emergency Control Room. 

Please note that any commercial property will be subject to a survey prior to quotations being prepared for you.

When these buttons are pressed by you in the event of an emergency then help is dispatched immediately. Our profesional Control Room staff will also contact you by telephone to advise you that help is on the way.  If it is Medical help you require our paramedic staff will talk to you over the phone while medical personnel are on their way to you.

Help is also available to you by phoning our Emergency Numbers as you may not always be at home when your emergency occurs.
